BRICS Tax
Cross-Learning Lab
The BRICS Tax Cross-Learning Lab is a joint educational initiative established in 2025 by the Working Group on Client-Centric Approaches in Tax Administration and the Working Group on Human Resource Practices. It brings together practical knowledge, national experience and expertise contributed by BRICS tax authorities across key areas of modern tax administration.
The Lab is being developed through thematic learning tracks. Its first track focuses on client-centric approaches in taxpayer service and interaction.
The current release introduces the Lab through this first thematic track. It presents the initial set of learning materials developed for the Operational-Level Stream, including video lectures prepared by BRICS tax authorities for frontline specialists. As the Lab develops, its educational content is expected to expand within the client-centricity track and into other areas of tax administration.
